ตัวอ่าน หรือ Body Text หมายถึงหมวดหมู่ของแบบอักษรที่ใช้สำหรับการอ่านเนื้อหายาว ๆ โดยมักถูกตั้งค่าขนาดตัวอักษรมาในขนาดเล็ก นิยมใช้ในหนังสือ นิตยสาร หรือบนสื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ต่าง ๆ เช่น แผ่นพับ Body text refers to a category of typefaces used for long-form reading, typically set at smaller sizes.
